Welcome to Dundry Pre-School

Dundry Preschool Safeguarding team and all of our staff are committed to safeguarding all of the children in our care at all times.

An Ofsted registered and inspected Pre-school based in the village of Dundry, South Bristol. We are open each weekday from 9:00am-3:00pm Monday to Friday.

We offer 15hours of funding for all children from the term following their third birthday and we also offer 15 child places of 30 hours of funding for eligible children with working parents also from the term following their third birthday. To check eligibility and for further information on funded places, including eligibility and 30hr funding, please: visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

The Pre-school is based in Dundry Village Hall backing onto a fantastic field, with a children’s playground. We also have an enclosed garden the children can use throughout the session (weather dependant). We take children from 2 years until they start school. As well as Children from Dundry Village, we take pupils from all around South Bristol.

We have highly qualified staff and work in line with Government recommended ratios. We pride ourselves in developing close relationships with the children and their families.

The Pre-school has great links within the village to the local school, farm and church. We use the church for Easter events, Harvest and Christmas.

Please remember to check your child’s Tapestry journal.

Please ensure that your child attends with weather appropriate clothing each session – a sunhat & sun cream for warmer days and raincoats & wellies as the weather is often very changeable in Dundry!
